We acknowledge that we are gathered in amiskwaciwâskahikan (colonially known as Edmonton), in Treaty 6 Territory and Metis Region 9 and 10. We would like to thank the land and the many diverse Indigenous Peoples such as nêhiyaw, Dene, Blackfoot, Anishinaabe, Metis, Haudenosaunee, Nakota Sioux, and Niitsitapi peoples whose ancestors have called this place home for centuries. It is through this land acknowledgment that Elm Tree Theatre commits to providing experiences that are rooted in creation and connection, and to embody care in every facet of our work.
